According to the present invention, a display device comprises: a pixel which is arranged on a display region of a base substrate and which includes a pixel transistor including a first active layer; and a driving circuit unit which is arranged on a non-display region of the base substrate to apply an electrical signal to the pixel and which has a driving transistor including a second active layer. The first and second active layers are made of the same materials. The second active layer has higher charge mobility than the first active layer.
