FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: vegetal raw materials extraction method envisages usage of raw materials represented by dried milled vegetal raw materials and an extragent represented by chilled liquid freon; vegetal raw material extraction is performed repeatedly with such freon, the module being 5 - 6, during 2-3 hours. The extraction method is used in the chlorophyll-containing bioactive product manufacture method. The bioactive product has an increased content of chlorophyll in comparison with equivalent products manufactured as a result of extraction with carbohydrates or low-molecular alcohols.EFFECT: invention allows to reduce the time of the technological process of raw materials treatment, enhance the quality of the bioactive product manufactured and enhance the process environmental safety.11 cl, 1 dwg, 6 ex
