FIELD: tobacco industry.SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for treatment of Burley tobacco veins for usage in a cut tobacco blend that includes three stages: production of flattened Burley tobacco veins, with their thickness after flattening equal to 0.1-0.5 mm; flattened veins conditioning; application of a moisturising solution onto flattened and conditioned veins; heating of flattened veins with the flattening solution applied thereon; repeated conditioning of tobacco veins and drying of cut and flattened tobacco veins.EFFECT: ensuring preservation of the smoke flavour in case of tobacco veins inclusion.11 cl |
