摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, in a conventional heating control device using temperature sensor means to check thermal stability of a test battery and having a function to increase temperature at a predetermined speed by temperature control and maintain a high-temperature state for a certain period, it is difficult to quantify an internal heat generation quantity because internal heat generation acts as control disturbance when an object to be measured is a battery or the like that generates heat by itself.SOLUTION: A heating control device of the present invention comprises a heat flow sensor and heat flow control means for heat flow control instead of conventional temperature control using temperature sensor means. Especially, a test battery having large thermal capacity is included as a measurement target, so that the heating control device comprises means for supplying a heat flow derived from previously obtained thermal capacity of the test battery and a given temperature rise speed.
