<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of a cylindrical winding bush with a collar in a mounting hole of a plate-like member and a method therefor capable of forming another annular collar part on one end in one step and fixing the cylindrical winding bush with the collar in the mounting hole of the plate-like member. <P>SOLUTION: The fixing device 10 includes a base 13, a cylindrical guiding member 16 having a circular bottomed columnar hole 15 opened at an annular end face 14, a coil spring 18 disposed in a bottomed columnar hole 12, an elongated cylindrical body 22 opposing an end face 11 of the base 13 at an annular end face 20, a collar processing tool 23 disposed in a through-hole 21 of the elongated cylindrical body 22, and an elastic means 25 for pressing to push the collar processing tool 23 to the outside of the through-hole 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
