<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flooring material having both an impact absorptivity for mitigating injuries due to falling and a scratch resistance on a surface thereof due to dents at a higher level compared with a flooring material attained by conventional techniques, and also capable of being used outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: A decorative sheet has: an ultraviolet-curable acrylic surface protective layer; a transparent homo polypropylene resin layer whose isotactic pentad content is equal to or higher than 95%; and a pattern layer. A benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent, a hydroxy phenyl triazine based ultraviolet absorbent, and a hindered amine based radical scavenger are at least added to the ultraviolet-curable acrylic surface protective layer as additive components. An additive amount of the benzotriazole ultraviolet absorbent is 0.1 - 2.0 with respect to 100 pts.wt. of an acrylic resin component as a base.
