<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suppression of degradation of display quality. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a liquid crystal display device comprising: a first substrate including first gate wiring and second gate wiring extending along a first direction, an auxiliary capacity line located at an approximately middle position between the first gate wiring and the second wiring; first source wiring and second source wiring extending along a second direction, a switching element which is electrically connected to the first gate wiring and the first source wiring, a contact part which is located in the upper of the auxiliary capacity line to contact with the switching element and extends along the first direction, a first main pixel electrode which is connected to the first source wiring side of the contact part and extends along the second direction and a second main pixel electrode which is connected to the second source wiring side of the contact part and extends along the second direction; and a second substrate including common electrodes having main common electrodes which are located between the first main pixel electrode and the second main pixel electrode, in the upper of the first source wiring and the second source wiring, respectively and extend along the second direction, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
