The present invention relates to a portable dust removal pad which is portable, can be repeatedly used and has superior adhesion and sterilization function. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a portable dust removal pad having sterilization function includes: a base; a gel pad which is attached to one surface of the base, is made of an adhesive material, touches a foreign substance to collect the foreign substance by adhesion thereof, and is impregnated with ClO_2; and a cover which is rotatably formed on a side of the base, and is folded with the other surface of the gel pad attached to the base to cover or open the gel pad.
