FIELD: transport.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to endless flexible caterpillar, crawler device and to process for extension of service life. Claimed caterpillar comprises the outer and inner surfaces provided with cogs extending inward to engage with the wheels. The cover houses the cog and is arranged there above and secured relative thereto to be detached by appropriate mechanical means including the U-like element. Fasteners to engage with the ends of said U-like element are fitted in recessed bores. The caterpillar comprises the drive roller engaged with the endless flexible caterpillar an one guide roller to engage with the cogs. Resilient slit runs about said drive roller and guide roller to facilitate the running about the rollers.
