<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive pipe joint with excellent durability, for supplying water and hot water, while enabling easy visual check of a connecting condition of a connecting pipe through an outer pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe joint A for supplying water and hot water includes: a joint body 7 having a nozzle part 7d; a ring-like sealing material 4 disposed in the nozzle part 7d; and an outer cylinder 1 surrounding the nozzle part 7d from the outside to form a connecting pipe insertion space S1 between the outer cylinder and the nozzle part 7d. The connecting pipe is inserted into the insertion space S1 to easily connect the connecting pipe in a watertight manner. The outer cylinder 1 is constituted of a main member 2 and a cap member 3 made of polycarbonate-based resin with 20 cm<SP POS="POST">3</SP>/10 min or less of MVR (ISO1133: 300°C/1.2 kg), and 85% or more of light transmittance (ASTM D-1003).
