The present invention relates to a biochip using a magnetic pillar and a manufacturing method thereof and, more specifically, to a biochip for automating detection through concentration of specific cells included in a liquid sample such as blood or the like by using a magnetic pillar, and to a manufacturing method thereof. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the biochip and the method are capable of automating detection of specific cells such as pathogenic bacteria or rare cells, and the like included in the blood or the liquid sample by a simple method, and detecting hypersensitivity thereof.
