摘要 The present invention relates to a protein dimer for detecting cognitive disorder diseases, and a producing method thereof. The protein dimer comprises P, S, L, S′ and P′, and is represented by chemical formula 1 having a steric conformation in which the amino acid sequence of the P and the amino acid sequence of the P^′ are arranged in parallel or not in parallel. A difference in toxicity according to a parallel or an non-parallel steric conformation and toxicity according to an oligomer structure of a dimer or more can be known. The protein dimer can be used in developing an antibody capable of being used for the diagnosis of cognitive disorder diseases, and can be used in developing a material capable of recognizing the dimer, wherein the material comprises a fluorescent material, a light absorbing material, a light emitting material, a material capable of being used for nuclear medicine, or the like. In addition, a target material capable of diagnosing cognitive disorder diseases through a nuclear medical brain imaging using the same can be produced.
