PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an entry/exit management device, an entry/exit management system and an entry/exit management method for psychologically preventing a person from entering a room without allowing a personal identification medium to pass through a device which reads personal information.SOLUTION: Personal information is read from a personal identification medium which stores personal information for identifying an individual owned by a person who enters a room by a reading part 2, and when the personal information read by the reading part 2 has been already stored in an own device, the personal information is erased from a display part 4 set at a position where it is visible by the person who has entered the room, and configured to display the personal information of the person, and when the personal information has not been stored in the own device, the personal information is displayed at the display part 4 by a management control part 3. |
