<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating cooker designed so as not to determine the cooking as stir-fry cooking even when a user shakes, shifts, and raises a cooking vessel before simmering or stir-fry cooking is determined, and disturbance light enters an infrared sensor. <P>SOLUTION: In a structure to output scorch detecting information if a determination value by a temperature drop calculating part 33 for calculating a temperature drop of a detection temperature obtained by converting the output voltage of an infrared sensor 4 in a detection temperature calculating part 30 during a prescribed time period and a rise time measuring part 32 for measuring the rise time of the output voltage of the infrared sensor 4 is not less than a prescribed range, before simmering or stir-fry cooking is determined, the temperature change gradient of the output value of the infrared sensor 4 is measured by the rise time measuring part 32, and when the temperature gradient becomes a prescribed value or more, the cooking is not determined as stir-fry cooking. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
