FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine. An instrument comprises a non-cutting main body, a throat area for bone retention, and a cutting tip. The cutting tip comprises cutting blades each of which is provided with a front cutting edge perpendicular to a long axis, and lateral cutting edges, which form an angle lying within the range from 0° to 10°, with the long axis. Bone receiving gaps connected to the throat are alternated with the cutting blades.
