FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: dental material dispenser unit (100) comprises a screw driver mechanism (10) for actuating at least one piston (111) for dental material extrusion. The screw driver mechanism (10) comprises a pair of threaded guide screws extending in parallel with a long axis, and a component (20) of a detachable screw assembly. A guide screw thread has the same pitch. The component of a detachable screw assembly comprises a first thread structure (11) and a second thread structure (12). Each of the first and second thread structures (11, 12) is configured to engage the thread of any of the guide screws to form a screw connection between the component of the detachable screw assembly and the guide screws, which is configured to engage any of the guide screws.
