FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for fracturing the stratum around the well tubular structure. The latter comprises metal tubular part arranged as the part of the well tubular structure. Stretching metal collar of definite wall depth envelops said tubular part. Said collar is attached to said tubular part by appropriate fastener. The hole is made in said tubular part or in said fastener.
