<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data management storage system capable of performing large amount storage and long-term storage of information such as a transaction history while reducing resources by efficiently performing data compression, and preventing data alteration and securing security by encryption. <P>SOLUTION: A CSV format file obtained by snapshot acquisition is organized into blocks each having a predetermined number of records to generate a block unit generation file. The number of records M that each block has is equal to or larger than the extent of the number of records estimated to be included in a view unit when viewed at a later date. The generated block unit generation file is stored after compression and encryption.
