<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair for adjusting a posture without changing a grounded wheel even when terrain is changed. <P>SOLUTION: The wheelchair includes: a seat having a seat surface for supporting a body of a user; two rails extending to the ground from right and left side faces of the seat, respectively, which can move a position to which load of the seat is applied in the longitudinal direction; two driving wheels rotatably arranged, which come into contact with the ground by receiving the load of the each rail; and a posture adjusting means for adjusting the posture of the seat surface to the ground by driving one rail or the other rail so that the bottom end of one rail is far away from the seat than the bottom end of the other rail among the two rails depending on force applied to a predetermined portion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
