摘要 The present invention relates to a measuring apparatus, a measuring method, an analysis system, and an analysis method for maximum tensile strength through a small punch test; and a recording medium for recording the methods thereon. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the maximum tensile strength measuring apparatus through a small punch test is an apparatus for measuring the maximum tensile strength of a test slice metal having a shape of a circular thin plate. The measuring apparatus comprises: a cylinder with an open side wherein a space to which a test gas is filled is provided in the cylinder, the space enclosed by the test slice, and the test gas filled into the enclosed space; a spherical punch which applies a punch load vertically to a surface of the test slice which does not touch the test gas; a maximum punch load acquiring unit which measures the punch load applied by the spherical punch, and measures a bending deflection of the test slice due to the punch load to acquire the maximum punch load applied to the test slice; a radius measuring unit which measures a first radius which is a length from a center axis of the test slice to a position where a necking occurs due to the applied punch load; an angle measuring unit which measures an angle between an elongated portion of the test slice elongated by the spherical punch and a direction in which the spherical punch applies the punch load; and a calculating unit which measures the maximum tensile strength of the test slice using a radius of the spherical punch, the first radius, and the angle.
