The present invention relates to a biosensor which is mounted on an electrochemical biosensor blood sugar measuring instrument to measure blood sugar of an injected blood sample by an electrochemical method. According to the present invention, the biosensor comprises: a lower substrate (20) wherein a first operation electrode (22) and a first auxiliary electrode (23) are provided in one side, a second operation electrode (25) and a second auxiliary electrode (26) are provided in the other side, and a biosensor checking electrode (27) is provided in an end portion of an upper side surface of a flat insulating substrate; an upper substrate (30) having a sample checking hole (31) and a vent (32); and a sticky intermediate substrate (40) interposed between the lower substrate (20) and the upper substrate (30). |
