Provided is a polyimide film of which foaming of a film is favorable in graphitization via heat treatment, and the graphitized sheet has excellent thermal conductivity, flexibility, and bending resistance. The polyimide film of the present invention is produced by containing at least one acid anhydride in a raw material, wherein the acid anhydride is selected from the group composed of paraphenylenediamine or paraphenylendiamine and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether; pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA), and 3 3′ 4 4′-biphenyltetracarbonic acid anhydride. In addition, inorganic particles are dispersed in the polyimide film, and graphite sheet can be produced by heat-treating the polyimide film at a temperature higher than or equal to 2000°C, wherein the coefficient of linear expansion of the polyimide film is less than or equal to 20 ppm/°C. |
