The present invention relates to a pulling-up floodgate comprising: guiders provided on both sides which oppose each other in a waterway of a river; a floodgate connected to a pulling machine provided on an installation platform while edges thereof which corresponds to each guider are accommodated, and opens and closes the waterway; and a pressure adjusting unit installed to be fixated to the installation table, and adjusts a pressurizing force with respect to one inner side of the guider wherein the floodgate faces an inlet side of the waterway in accordance with a length of insertion into an other inner side of the guider. Compared to a related art, the present invention ensures a watertight performance by making the floodgate tightly adhere to the guider by operating the pressure adjusting unit; make the floodgate tightly adhere to the guider even when the floodgate is deformed or a buffer pad is worn out by adjusting the force of pushing the floodgate through the pressure adjusting unit; and to easily remove impurities by installing a movable impurities inlet preventing block in the river to prevent the impurities from being deposited on a bottom of a lower part of the floodgate. |
