FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to paining unit to be used for paining of vehicle parts or bodies. Said painting unit comprises spray booth with distributor of air from top to bottom, painting zone and wetting cleaning unit. Recycling air flowing through painting zone traps the particles of lacquer excessive spray to be removed in wet cleaning unit by water flow from said recycling air. Said recycling air is fed through conditioning unit before its re-feed into spray booth distributor. Conditioning unit comprises at least one condenser and/or drops separator. Said condenser and separator allow the extraction of fluid from recycling air that, still, contains valuable chemicals and can be fed back into flushing fluid source. Said flushing fluid is used for cleaning the painting units in painting zone.EFFECT: decreased demand in fresh water and chemicals.7 cl, 1 dwg |
