FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: kneading rotor includes part in form of the rotor shaft, in which a cooling channel is made, and part in form of mixing blade that is made on external peripheral section of part in form of the rotor shaft. Each of long blades in form of part of mixing blade includes top facet. The facet is end surface of long blade looking in radial direction outside the kneading rotor. Length of each of long blades in axial direction is set equal to 0.6 or over of length of part in form of mixing blade in axial direction. Cut-in angle of each of long blades is set equal to or below 31°. Central angle relatively to width of top facet is width of top facet in cross-section of each long blade, orthogonal to axial direction, is set equal to or over 7°.EFFECT: higher capacity of device.10 cl, 8 dwg, 1 tbl |
