FIELD: radio engineering, communication.SUBSTANCE: low-noise receiver-amplifier module consists of a protective device, a low-noise amplifier and two ferrite isolators which are in the form of a single block of ferrite isolators; a quarter-wave waveguide twist is placed between the protective device and the block of ferrite isolators, and the input and output waveguide channels of the low-noise receiver-amplifier module are situated in the same plane, wherein signal polarisations therein are orthogonal.EFFECT: high gain stability with power limitation of the signal fed to the input of a low-noise amplifier.2 cl, 2 dwg |
