<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an NK cell strengthening type blood product capable of proliferating NK cells or the like in blood collected from a living body, easily and quickly with low invasiveness. <P>SOLUTION: NK cells in blood are stimulated by NK cell proliferation stimulating factor containing anti-CD 16 antibody, OK 432, anti-CD 137 antibody, and cytokine, and then the blood is cultured at a physiological cell temperature, to thereby produce the NK cell strengthening type blood product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
