<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foaming candy capable of exhibiting excellent foaming properties while retaining a good productivity and preservation stability. <P>SOLUTION: The foaming candy containing a foaming component and a saccharide contains 98 mass% or more of sugar alcohol in 100 mass% of the saccharide and 2-18 mass% of erythritol in 100 mass% of the sugar alcohol. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
