<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity liquid discharge apparatus which prevents harmful substances from being released to the outside from a vent part opening in the air in piping when a liquid that contains the harmful substances is discharged. <P>SOLUTION: The gravity liquid discharge apparatus has a drain pipe 2 which makes liquid discharge 100 exhausted from an apparatus etc. flow to a recovery side with a gravity of the liquid discharge itself as a power and sends it out, and transports the liquid discharge 100 to a recovery apparatus 3 through the drain pipe.
