An apparatus for lysing cells according to the present invention comprises a container unit, and a current supply source. The container unit has: a tube container which accommodates a solution containing cells in an inner space through an opening unit of an upper end, and where the insertion groove of the positive electrode and the insertion groove of the negative electrode are respectively extended from an upper end to a lower side and formed facing each other along an inner wall; a positive electrode which is inserted into the insertion groove of the positive electrode; and a negative electrode which is inserted into the insertion groove of the negative electrode. The current supply source lyses cells inside the tube container by being electrically connected to a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and sending a current in a pulse form to the solution inside the tube container.
