FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to extraction of mineral resources and may be used for drilling of oil and gas wells. The drilling system comprises a drilling unit and single conic leg. The drilling unit is comprised of a floating hull with ice deflector section, self-elevating legs and self-elevating device. The hull has ice-deflecting shape. The self-elevating device is designed to lift legs from the sea bottom and push them downwards to the sea bottom. A single conic leg is fixed to piles. Piles are driven into the sea bottom. Inclined surface of the conic leg comes in contact with ice around the hull.EFFECT: potential extension of drilling season in areas exposed to ice impact.27 cl, 8 dwg |
