FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: main part of the fitting is manufactured by winding of the glass fabric impregnated by polymer binding on the pre-assembled attachment, including cylindrical mandrel with secured at it?s ends flange matrices, installed on it mandrels of bases of removal branches. Width of the glass fabric is selected below sum of distance between work surface of flange matrices and double height of flange. Both edges of strap are cut to depth equal to flange height. After each layer winding the cut edges of the glass fabric are compacted in the flange matrices. Above mandrels of bases of the removal branches on the glass fabric cross-like cuts are made, with each layer changing their direction. The glass fabric winding after several layers is alternated with embedding in the flange matrices of the glass fabric pieces impregnated with polymer binding until their filling. The formed main part of the fitting with flanges and bases of the removal branches is heated for solidification of the polymer binding. The removal branches are made out of composite material by winding on the mandrel of woven roving or glass fabric impregnated with polymer binding, and further solidification, and branch flanges are made by pressing in the mould. The ready parts are assembled by branches installation in their bases in the main part of the fitting, by flanges installation on branches with space between walls filling in places of their installation with the polymer binding.EFFECT: invention ensures articles with high strength characteristics, and possibility of quick re-setting to switch from one type of fitting to the other one.9 cl, 9 dwg |
