摘要 Disclosed is an offshore LNG generation system in an FLNG vessel. The system includes: a marine LNG vessel having a hull and a deck; an upper hydrocarbon treating facility installed on the deck or in the deck of the hull in the FLNG vessel; an FLNG vessel cargo binding system installed in the hull of the FLNG vessel and including one or more extremely low temperature storage tanks of the FLNG vessel; a dynamic position controlling system engaged with the system comprising thrusters on the FLNG vessel and maintaining the FLNG vessel in the desirable direction around a stopping maintaining point during LNG production; and a computer processor for receiving an environment data set monitored in the real time. The computer processor performs: (i) a step of comparing the environment data set monitored in the real time with setting points stored in a data storage unit; (ii) a step of generating a direction control correction signal when the environment data set monitored in the real time exceeds or is less than one or more sets of the stored setting points on the FLNG vessel; and (iii) a step of programming the direction control correction signal in a mathematical algorithm to transmit the direction control correction signal to the dynamic position control system. The environment data set monitored in the real time includes a hull integrated data set monitored in real time related to a deformation rate of the hull in the FLNG vessel. The set of the setting points stored in the data storage unit includes a set of hull integration setting points.
