The present invention relates to a wall body for a building and a method to manufacture the same which has a simple structure and provides excellent soundproof functions. According to the present invention, in a wall body for a building to partition an inner space of a building, the wall body comprises: a first panel which contains sawdust and is equipped with at least two through-holes; and a second panel which contains sawdust and is equipped with at least two grooves on a side opposite to the first panel.
