The present invention relates to a magnetic coupling structure capable of obtaining high torque transmission performance at low speeds, and to a joint structure using a magnetic coupling wherein a first link unit and a second link unit of a robot joint are engaged with each other by the magnetic coupling; and a motion of the joint controlled by the magnetic coupling. The magnetic coupling structure comprises: a first link unit wherein at least a first connection member is formed on a lower part; a second link unit wherein a second connection member engaged with the first connection member is formed on an upper part; and a motor unit controlling torque of the first link unit and the second link unit. The engagement of the first connection member and the second connection member is maintained by a permanent magnet installed inside.
