The present invention relates to a health and usage monitoring device for a rotary-wing aircraft in which a function of a data storage device is integrated by a cockpit voice and flight data recorder (CVFDR) and a USB storage medium. The health and usage monitoring device for a rotary-wing aircraft is a data acquisition and processing unit (DAPU) mounted on an avionics bay of the rotary-wing aircraft in a health and usage monitoring system of the rotary-wing aircraft and performing a main function of monitoring a state. A function of a data storage device is integrated by a CVFDR (a black box), which is a recording medium used for investigation of an aircraft accident and the movable USB storage medium in the health and usage monitoring device for a rotary-wing aircraft. The function is integrated in the same device in a system. Therefore, the health and usage monitoring device for a rotary-wing aircraft enables efficient operation and monitors the state on a main power system of the rotary-wing aircraft. The health and usage monitoring device for a rotary-wing aircraft can analyze and estimate a failure and structural integrity of an engine, a transmission, a rotor, a bearing, and the like. Therefore, the health and usage monitoring device for a rotary-wing aircraft can efficiently maintain and operate the rotary-wing aircraft, can prevent an accident, and can find an abnormal sign in early stages. |
