The present invention relates to a separation and sedimentation device for water and sewage sludge and a treatment method for water and sewage sludge using the same, wherein the separation and sedimentation device comprises: a first sedimentation part where a plurality of sedimentation plates are laminated, and which is a plate-shaped member having arc-shaped cross-section in a water and sewage sludge treatment device; a second sedimentation part which is placed on an upper portion of the first sedimentation part, and where a filtering means is disposed; a third sedimentation part which is placed on an upper portion of the second sedimentation part, and has a plurality of purified water overflow pipes; and a sludge discharge unit which is placed on a lower portion of the first sedimentation part, and discharges sedimented sludge to the outside.
