摘要 The present invention relates to a photoelectro-enzymatic regeneration method of an oxidoreductase cofactor by using a silicon nanowire photocathode and, more specifically, to a photoelectro-enzymatic regeneration method of an oxidoreductase cofactor for generating a reduced oxidoreductase cofactor by irradiating light for a regeneration solution containing an oxidized oxidoreductase cofactor, a silicon nanowire, and an electron transport medium. According to the present invention, the photoregeneration method of the oxidoreductase coractor is capable of efficiently regenerating a cofactor by converting light energy in the range of visible rays to electrical energy by using a silicon nanowire photocathode without an artificial electron donor, and capable of ultimately producing a precise chemical material or the like from light energy by connecting an oxidoreductase reaction to cofactor regeneration. Therefore, the method can be usefully used for performing various biocatalyst reactions using oxidoreductase.
