The present invention relates to a water and oil vapor-collectible exhaust device for an induction range. The water and oil vapor-collectible exhaust device for an induction range comprises: a sink; a sucked air connection unit installed in the sink having a passage through which indoor air containing water and oil vapor generated during cooking is sucked; a sucked air exhaust part having a suction fan connected to the sucked air connection unit to exhaust the sucked indoor air to the outside; a collection unit arranged on a floor surface of the sucked air exhaust part to collect the water and oil vapor contained in the indoor air; and an oil receiver installed in a lower part of the collection unit to collect the collected water and oil vapor. The collection unit comprises: an inclined guidance part obliquely formed on the floor surface of the sucked air exhaust part to guide the water and oil vapor contained in the indoor air to the oil receiver; a collection part integrated with one side of the inclined guidance part to collect the water and oil vapor guided by the inclined guidance part; a water and oil vapor exhaust pipe integrally formed in a lower part of the collection part to exhaust the water and oil vapor to the oil receiver; and an opening and closing door hinge-coupled to an end of the water and oil vapor exhaust pipe to close the water and oil vapor exhaust pipe in the driving of the suction fan and to make the sucked air exhaust part a negative pressure according to the closure of the water and oil vapor exhaust pipe. |
