摘要 The present invention relates to a device and a method for measuring the moisture and salts of an organic medium in order to measure the moisture and salts of the organic medium by detecting progressive waves and reflected waves from single frequency, and obtain data in many places at a low price only by adding an antenna unit even though the antenna unit is used in many places in the organic medium by separating a signal generating unit from the antenna unit (sensing unit). The method for measuring the moisture and salts of an organic medium comprises: a step (S100) of allowing a high frequency generating unit (20) to generate single frequency in the organic medium by receiving a stable and constant voltage from a constant voltage unit (10) which supplies external power at a stable and constant voltage; a step (S110) of converting the impedance of the generated high frequency in an impedance converting unit (80); a step (S120) of radiating high frequency, generated by the high frequency generating unit (20) in an antenna sensing unit (90), into the organic medium; a step (S130) of detecting an impedance-converted high frequency radiation signal and a signal radiated from the antenna sensing unit (90) from a reflected wave detecting unit (100) and quantifying the signals; and a step (S140) of measuring moisture and salts in the organic medium from the changes of the impedance and reflected waves detected in the reflected wave detecting unit (100).
