APPARATUS FOR CARRYING OUT A CLEANING OPERATION APPLIED TO THE INTERNAL NECK SKIN OF SLAUGHTERED POULTRY

The present invention relates to an apparatus for executing a washing operation on the neck skin of slaughtered poultry without the wind pipe, the esophagus, glandular tissues, or remaining parts. The apparatus includes: suspension systems for hanging the poultry by using legs; and a first drum which includes a first curve unit formed by a first groove on the adjacent areas. The first groove is tracked by the first protrusion unit connected to a bore organ to be rotated in order to arrange the bore organ to be inserted into the poultry hung by using the legs from the upper side by the rotation of the first drum. The apparatus also includes a pressurizing means including a pressure chock. The pressure chock is mounted toward the neck skin of the poultry from the chest during the washing operation, presses the neck skin of the poultry toward the bore organ, and cooperates with a second drum having a second groove. The second groove is tracked by a second protrusion unit connected to the pressure chock in order to arrange the pressure chock to be adjustable in height by the rotation of the second drum. The first drum and the second drum has an adjustable distance between each other for storing the poultry with different sizes.
