SINGLE NUCLEOTIDE POLYMORPHISM MARKERS FOR DETECTING BLACK PIG PORK FROM NONBLACK PIG PORK AND USE OF THE SAME

The present invention relates to a single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) marker for distinguishing black pig pork and non-black pig pork, a kit for distinguishing black pig pork and non-black pig pork by using the SNP marker; and a method for distinguishing black pig pork and non-black pig pork. The SNP marker of the present invention is used in an accurate and simple distinction of pig pork produced from only a pure black pig species, from hybrid black pig pork of which only hair color is similar, produced by breeding pig species which is not a black pig; and used in a distinction of black pig pork from non-black pig pork, thereby contributing to consumer protection and development of black pig breeding farms and industries.
