The present invention relates to a lighting system using a wall mounted lift. More particularly, the present invention relates to a lighting system using a wall mounted lift which can control a height by installing a moving car which moves up and down along a rail fixed to a wall, and combining the installed moving car with a wire. The lighting system includes rails which guide the rising and falling of a lighting device installed in the wall, a moving car which rises along the rail, an elevating part which includes a bracket for fixing the lighting device and the moving car and a wire for controlling the height of the elevating part, and an elevating control part which winds and releases the wire to control the height of the elevating part.
