摘要 Disclosed is a method for preparing a short rib soup with Cordyceps sinensis. The method of the present invention comprises the following steps: immersing ribs into a solution so as to eliminate blood therefrom; boiling the blood-eliminated ribs; separating the boiled ribs and a concentrate produced by the boiled ribs and then removing oil from the separated concentrate; mixing the boiled ribs and seasoning ingredients for a steamed dish so as to prepare braised short ribs; mixing the oil-removed concentrate, Cordyceps sinensis germs, and seasoning ingredients for a meat broth and then boiling the same so as to produced the meat broth; and mixing the braised short ribs, the meat broth, and Cordyceps sinensis so as to finish the short rib soup.
