Provided in the present invention is a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional patterned layer and a three-dimensional patterned film for expressing an image or a text to a user and the side surface of the view angle of the user depending upon a light source of a mobile device display screen by constituting a three-dimensional patterned layer, thereby expressing an image or a text to the user or the side surface of the view angle of the user when the screen of the mobile device display is turned on and turned off.
