Provided is a composite sheet for an interior material of a vehicle, having a multi-layered structure in which a surface resin layer, an inner resin layer, and a support layer are sequentially stacked, in which the surface resin layer includes an etching portion and a non-etching portion. In addition, provided is a method for manufacturing the composite sheet for an interior material of a vehicle comprising the following steps of: preparing the support layer; forming the inner resin layer by applying and coating a first resin composition containing a first thermoplastic resin and a first pigment onto an upper portion of the support layer; forming the surface resin layer by applying and coating a second resin composition containing a second thermoplastic resin and a second pigment different from the first pigment onto an upper portion of the inner resin layer; and forming a concave-convex pattern on the upper surface of the surface resin layer.
