The present invention relates to a fan coil unit without a condensate water drainage pipe. The condensate water generated in a cooling process by the fan coil unit is injected into a heat exchange water pipe such that a separate condensate water drainage pipe is unnecessary when the fan coil unit is installed, thereby allowing easy installation and maintenance of the fan coil unit. The fan coil unit comprises: a condensate water introduction part (10) included in the heat exchange water pipe; and a condensate water pipe introduction means allowing introduction of a condensate water collected into the heat exchange water pipe. According to the present invention, the condensate water introduction part (10) is included in the heat exchange water pipe to allow the condensate water to be introduced into the heat exchange water pipe by the condensate water pipe introduction means such that a coil (10) can easily be installed because the condensate water drainage pipe and a separate condensate water drainage pipe line are unnecessary for the fan coil unit, thereby reducing construction costs. |
