According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is an access control device for controlling an access to a first section. The access control device determines whether a terminal has a first authority for an access to the first section or not by using an access ID and an access valid period corresponding to the access ID. The access control device generates a function control signal which controls a function of the terminal and transmits the function control signal to the terminal when the terminal has the first authority. |
