Provided are dressing sauce and a method for manufacturing the same. The dressing sauce has palatability enhanced by mixing sauce base concentration liquid, including broth concentration liquid, vegetable concentration liquid, and tomato and herb mixture liquid, extract mixture liquid of fresh blackberries and fresh Schisandra chinensis, and sugars at a certain ratio to make sour taste and sweet taste be in harmony with each other. The dressing sauce has functionality enhanced by nutrients and a pharmacological effect resulting from ingredients contained in fresh blackberries and fresh Schisandra chinensis. |
