According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cable set-top device system providing screen commentary broadcasting content comprises: a cable set-top device which controls content data to be displayed on a display device, controls a voice message corresponding to a change in a menu to be displayed on the display device, and offers a screen commentary broadcasting content recording function among the content data; a content server which transmits the content data to the cable set-top device under control of the cable set-top device; and the display device which displays the content data received from the cable set-top device and displays the voice message corresponding to the change in the menu of the cable set-top device. |
